In the new type of brick machine manufacturers, hydraulic systems are widely used because of their good stability and strong operating power. However, in the production of hydraulic brick machines, as the main power system of brick machine production, if there is a problem with the hydraulic system, it will directly affect the production of the whole machine. On the one hand, we need to avoid discovering such faults, which requires us to study relevant operation and maintenance knowledge seriously. On the other hand, we also need to master some knowledge of hydraulic system fault maintenance. When we really encounter some problems, we can discover and handle them in a timely manner to avoid increasing the fault and causing greater losses. In order to enable investors to operate better, we will introduce the correct operation methods of hydraulic systems in brick machine manufacturers.
The correct operation methods for various debugging projects and systems are carried out item by item from parts to the entire system, namely: component, single machine, unit linkage, etc. The brick machine manufacturer tells you that the debugging of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic non burning brick machine should generally be carried out in the order of pump station debugging, system debugging (including pressure and flow rate, i.e., speed debugging of the actuator, and action sequence debugging). The hydraulic system of a brick press equipped with an accumulator should have the working pressure setting value of the accumulator consistent with the working pressure value of the actuator it controls. When the accumulator is installed in the hydraulic pump station of the non burning brick machine, its pressure adjustment value should be 0.4-0.7 MPa lower than the set pressure value of the relief valve.
