    Various problems may occur during the use of vacuum extruders, which can delay our working time. In order to avoid such frequent problems, we need to pay more attention to the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment in our daily lives.
    1. Before starting the vacuum extruder, check if there are any debris in each part of the machine, clean the debris, and then start the machine to avoid equipment accidents.
    2. The use and maintenance of the reducer and vacuum pump of the vacuum extruder shall be strictly carried out in accordance with their instructions.
    3. When cleaning the grating, mud cylinder and other components of the vacuum extruder, the mud inside the vacuum extruder should be drained first. After stopping the machine, the upper box should be opened, and the main shaft should be pulled out for cleaning. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine for cleaning. When installing and disassembling, be careful to avoid damaging all components and pay attention to personal safety. Apply sealant on the joint surface after the vacuum extruder is cleaned and restored.
    4. When the vacuum extruder is shut down for a long time and not in use, it is necessary to clean, air dry, wipe, and oil the mud refining part of the vacuum extruder and all surfaces in contact with the mud to protect and seal it.
    5. The vacuum extruder uses a water circulation vacuum pump, which can use regular tap water. It is required to change the water once a week. If the raw material contains too much acid or alkali, it is required to change the water once a day.
    6. There are grease fittings on the outer side of the upper and lower gearboxes of the vacuum extruder, which are equipped for adding oil to the bearings. It is necessary to add grease once a week.
    7. When the operating temperature of the vacuum extruder equipment exceeds 30 degrees, it must be cooled by cooling water.
    8. When the external temperature is below zero degrees, the cooling water inside the water jacket must be emptied when the vacuum extruder equipment is not in use to prevent the water jacket from freezing and cracking.
    9. The vacuum extruder equipment is equipped with an overpressure shutdown system. If the extrusion pressure is too high, the machine should be stopped to check whether the mud material is blocking the mold or if the mud material has a low moisture content to avoid damaging the equipment.
